Oliver and Henrik formed their partnership based on trust, respect and a shared goal: to buy and personally manage a technology business for the long-term. We offer a solution to business owners without a transition plan and those seeking to exit. Unlike corporate buyers or private equity, we will dedicate 100% of our time to growing one company and nurturing it for the future. We are committed to retaining and developing employees, and offer business owners flexibility in terms of their future role, deal terms and transitioning out of the business. We respect all that has gone into building a successful business and promise to continue to develop and build upon the hard work that has made the business what it is today.
